Another night shift last night but an earlier finish. Got to bed about 2.30. Took a little while to get to sleep. Woke a couple of times. But soon got back to sleep. Maybe because I had some pizza and fries yesterday evening.
Got up around 12.
So not a brilliant sleep but not bad 7 out of 10.
Watching athletics on the TV get some motivation. Its the British Championships will see if I can get out for a run or walk after.
