Sunday night and I don't have to work so earlier to bed than normal. But don't want to wake to early on Monday as back to an all nighter so try and sleep in as much as I can.
I went to bed earlier than normal 10.30 as I was a bit tired. But had a restless night waking every 2 - 3 hours.
But when I actually ran out of sleep by about 11ish I just stayed in bed but got up (was bored) by 11.45
Decided to get dressed for run or rather a run walk and went out for 2.1 miles same route as I did yesterday.
Hopefully I can repeat this most days and if not walk a good distance
